Facelift (No Scar, Mini, Small Incision, Full Face, Face and Neck Lift, Forehead)

Precautions after facelift:

1. Change the dressing on the second day after surgery, remove the stitches on the 10-14th day, and get wet 2-3 days after the stitches are removed. (Example: surgery on January 1, dressing change on January 2, stitches removed on January 11, water on January 13) (the doctor has a special explanation to follow the doctor's advice)

2. Wear the neck cervical collar (neck brace) 24 hours a day within 2 weeks, the reason is to reduce the formation of effusion, the tissue heals quickly, change the medicine on the first day after surgery,then change the medicine once in 2-3 days, if there's pain in the face site, take off the neck cervical collar to check it, do not squeeze and rub the surgical site within a month, do not exercise vigorously, do not sauna sweat.

With regard to drug use:

1. After operation, anti-inflammatory drugs were hung for 5 days and oral anti-inflammatory drugs for 3 days to prevent infection. Don't rush to take painkillers, because aspirin can reduce blood clotting, thus aggravating wound bleeding.

In terms of diet:

1. Want to be better faster, priority eat light food, avoid spicy, irritating food and allergic food. You can eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, vitamin supplementation, is conducive to wound repair. Eat more high quality and high protein food to provide the body with repair energy.

面部拉皮术后注意事项：

1.术后第二天换药，第10-14天拆线，拆线后过2-3天沾水。（例：1月1日手术，1月2日换药，1月11日拆线，1月13日沾水）（医生有特殊交代遵医嘱）

2.配合的颈颌套2周之内24小时穿着，原因减少积液的形成，组织愈合的快，术后第一天换好药，2-3天换一次药，如有面部位特别疼痛，脱下颈颌套检查看下，一个月内不要挤压 揉搓手术部位，不要剧烈运动，不要桑拿 汗蒸。

用药方面：

1.术后挂消炎药5天，口服消炎药3天，预防感染。不要急于吃止痛片，因为阿斯匹林类药物会降低血液凝结度，从而加重伤口出血。

饮食方面：

1.想要好的快些，饮食还以清淡为主，忌食辛辣、刺激性食物及易过敏食物。可多吃些新鲜水果蔬菜，补充维生素，有利于伤口修复。多吃优质高蛋白食物，给身体提供修复的能量。
