Cup Ears

Precautions after ear surgery:

a. Change the dressing on the first day after surgery and clean the blood scab.

b. The most swollen in the first 2 days after surgery, need ice, 10-15 minutes each time, 6-8 times a day, ice packs need to be wrapped with plastic wrap or gauze, do not let water droplets on the incision. After 3 days, warm compresses can be applied, avoid too high temperature to burn the skin.

c. When sleeping within 7 days, padding two pillows, try to lie flat, do not wear high heels, do not lift heavy objects, and maintain emotional stability (do not cry and laugh)

d. Taboo: tobacco and alcohol, spicy and stimulating food, seafood, beef and mutton should not be eaten for 1 month better up to 3 months. Hot fruits: mango, durian, and laurel balls should be eaten less, and should not be eaten within one week after surgery.

e. Oral anti-inflammatory medicine for 3-5 days; Can be taken orally with anti-swelling medicine; Can be taken orally to reduce scar hyperplasia: SHYNDEC.

f. Stitches are removed 7 days after surgery, the incision is kept dry before stitch removal, shower is avoided, and the face can be washed with facial cleanser after the 9th day after surgery.

g. After the scab is completely removed, you can use scar cream, 2 times a day, only once each time, and the incision must be cleaned before the next application.

耳部手术术后注意事项：

a.术后第1天换药 血痂清洗干净。

b.术后前2天最肿，需冰敷，每次10-15分钟，每天6-8次，冰袋需用保鲜膜或纱布包裹，勿让水珠沾到切口 3天后可温敷，切忌温度太高烫伤皮肤。

c.7天内睡觉时要垫两个枕头，尽量平躺，不要穿高跟鞋，不要提重物，情绪保持稳定（不要大哭大笑）

d.忌口：烟酒、辛辣刺激食物、海鲜、牛羊肉忌口1个月 做佳3个月 热性水果：芒果、榴莲、桂圆少吃，术后一周内不要吃。

e.口服消炎药3-5天 ；可口服消肿药如消脱止；可口服减轻疤痕增生药：积雪苷片。

f.术后7天拆线，拆线前切口保持干燥，忌淋浴，术后第9天之后可用洗面奶洗脸。

g.痂皮彻底掉了后，可用疤痕膏，如芭克，每天2次，每次只涂薄薄一次，下次涂之前，切口一定要清洗干净。
